Our first chocolates were made from cocoa beans planted, harvested and fermented at his estate in Brasso Seco, Trinidad & Tobago. We now get our beans from others in the area and do our fermentation in house.

The family chocolate maker creates rich chocolate morsels, truffles and bars at our home factory in Arima, Trinidad & Tobago. She studied the art of chocolate making at both the Cocoa Research Centre at the University of the West Indies as well as Ecole Chocolat, Vancouver, Canada and has added a touch of love in the mix to give you the very best.
The artist of the family, he conceptualized our branding, designed our company logo and is responsible for our beautiful packaging. All things 'art and design' fall under his portfolio, including these illustrations.
